Just sugar and a small amount of baking soda.
Light, airy, crunchy — similar to honeycomb toffee.
Usually pressed flat with shapes (circle, star, umbrella, etc.), but “stick candy” refers to versions formed around a stick, making it easier to eat like a lollipop.
