What's the difference between purified and alkaline?
Purified water is filtered for clarity and taste. Our alkaline option is mineralized for a higher pH. Many customers prefer it for daily drinking. Not sure which one? Ask us at the shop or try both on delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We run weekly routes on Galveston Island and surrounding business corridors. When you sign up, we'll confirm your address is in zone. You can also always pick up at 2527 Market St.
Can I skip a week or pause?
Yes. Use the customer portal to request delays, skips, or changes. We'll confirm or reach out if something needs a quick conversation.
Do you sell dispensers and bottles?
Yes, rentals, purchases, and cases are available. Browse the products page or ask in store for what fits your space.
Is this medical advice?
We sell quality water and reliable delivery. We're not a clinic. For health questions, talk to your care provider. We're here for product and service questions.
